Shipping policy
Wagaya Global will process your online order within 24-48 hours of receiving your request on business days. Some of Wagaya Global's items are made-to-order, in which case, it will take about 2 - 3 weeks to make your orders. Items will be shipped off as soon as the production process is completed.
Orders will also be accepted via email for all merchandise. When an order is placed on www.wagayaglobal.com, you will receive an email confirming the order and the billing details of the order once payment is confirmed. The order will be accepted when the funds have been received.
The made-to-order products will proceed with the production process and after it is finished, the product(s) will be dispatched to you. In some cases when items of heavyweight or irregular size are ordered or during special circumstances, additional shipping charges may apply. In these cases, customers will be notified via email and asked to pay additional shipping and handling charges. After the customer's package is passed on to the shipping provider, the responsibility over the package becomes the responsibility of the shipping provider. Wagaya Global is not responsible and cannot be held accountable for any shipping mistakes done by the shipping provider.
When ordering goods from Wagaya Global for international deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. Wagaya Global is not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs/duties whatsoever. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and Wagaya Global cannot predict the value of what these charges may be. For further information on custom and excise policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.
Wagaya Global will be using DHL as its main shipping provider, however, under customers’ requests or/and under special circumstances, alternative shipping providers may be used. Your shipping options and cost will be outlined at the time of checkout, except under special circumstances in which case there is a possible additional fee required. Upon dispatch, you will receive shipping information e-mail from info@wagayaglobal.com, you may track your order via tracking number and the shipping providers’ website that has been provided.
