Any access or use of www.wagayaglobal.com signifies your consent to the following terms and conditions. Prior to taking any legal or action otherwise, please contact us at info@wagayaglobal.com to notify us of the nature of the query. 

Payments and Charges
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) as payment, or payment through several Internet payment processing companies. **Please note: Registration might be required**. Wagaya Global reserves the right to amend prices on the site at any time. From time to time, despite our endeavor to maintain accurate and correct pricing on the website, there may be mistake(s). If there is a mistake, you will be notified via email before the product(s) are dispatched to you. Shipping charges are included in some of the product's price. The shipping charges are determined by shipping companies' calculation system.

Order Processing
Wagaya Global will process your online order within 24-48 hours of receiving your request on business days. Some of Wagaya Global's items are made-to-order, in which case, it will takes about 2 - 3 weeks to make your orders. Items will be shipped off as soon as the production process is completed.

Orders will also be accepted via email for all merchandise. When an order is placed on www.wagayaglobal.com, you will receive an email confirming the order and the billing details of the order once payment is confirmed. The order will be accepted when the funds have been received.

The made-to-order products we will proceed with the production process and after it is finished, the product(s) will be dispatched to you. In some cases when items of heavy weight or irregular size are ordered or during special circumstances, additional shipping charges may apply. In these cases, customers will be notified via email and asked to pay additional shipping and handling charges. After the customers package is passed on to the shipping provider, the responsibility over the package becomes the responsibility of the shipping provider. Wagaya Global is not responsible and cannot be held accountable for any shipping mistakes done by the shipping provider. 

When ordering goods from Wagaya Global for international deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. Wagaya Global is not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs/duties whatsoever. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and Wagaya Global cannot predict the value of what these charges may be. For further information on custom and excise policies in your country, please contact your local customs office. 

Wagaya Global will be using DHL as it's main shipping provider, however, under customers’ requests or/and under special circumstances, alternative shipping providers may be used. Your shipping options and cost will be outlined at the time of checkout, except under special circumstances in which case there is a possible additional fee required. Upon dispatch, you will receive shipping information e-mail from info@wagayaglobal.com, you may track your order via tracking number and the shipping providers’ website that has been provided.

Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges
We normally do not accept a cancellation, unless under special and with prior written communication which must occur within 24-48 hours after purchasing the product. Returns and Exchanges cannot be accepted except in the case of a wrong shipment. Regarding the made-to-order products, once purchased no product may be returned because of the purchaser's personal preferences.

We kindly ask that all valid returns must be in unused condition with attached tags and packaging. Wagaya Global will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication.

In case of returns and exchanges due to the wrong shipment, communication between the customer and Wagaya Global should be held to discuss a solution. If any matters of liability arise, the matter will be dealt with and settled between Wagaya Global and the customer directly. The terms and conditions of the respective seller will apply and are the basis of the discussions.

Lost or Damaged Items
You understand and agree that Wagaya Global shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any of the services we provide. All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused from shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping company. Wagaya Global will provide you with the tracking number and contact information for the shipping company as needed.

Once this information is provided to you, it is your responsibility as the customer to contact and deal with the shipping company. We do not assume any responsibility for lost packages.
