Customs & Duties:

When ordering goods from Wagaya Global for international deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, Wagaya Global is not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs/duties whatsoever.

Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and Wagaya Global cannot predict the value of what these charges may be.

How long will it take? 

Although we try our best to ensure packages are delivered in a timely manner, shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Once a package is shipped we have no control over how long it will take to arrive. We also have no control over whether or not your package is delayed in your country’s customs office. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment for these reasons.

Wagaya Global will also be shipping orders via other carriers (UPS, EMS, FedEx)* on a special request basis. Please email us at info@wagayaglobal.com to arrange for specialized shipping.

*Using other shipping method options might cause the shipping rate and time of delivery to vary depending on the other carriers rules and regulations. 

Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges

We normally do not accept cancellation, unless under special and with prior written communication which must occur under 24-48 hours after purchasing the product. Returns and Exchanges cannot be accepted except in the case of a wrong shipment. Regarding the made-to-order products, once purchased no product may be returned because of the purchaser's personal preferences.

We kindly ask that all valid returns must be in unused condition with attached tags and packaging. Wagaya Global will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication.

In case of returns and exchanges due to the wrong shipment, a communication between customer and Wagaya Global should be held to discuss a solution. If any matters of liability arise, the matter will be dealt with and settled between Wagaya Global and the customer directly. The terms and conditions of the respective seller will apply and be the basis of the discussions.
